Coudersport Man Charged with Assault, Theft
COUDERSPORT – A Coudersport man faces a number of misdemeanor charges following an incident on Route 44 in Sharon Township on April 29.
Matthew A. Gutshall, age 20, of Coudersport, is accused of subjecting a known 23-year-old Coudersport female to unwanted physical contact and stealing $266.76 from her vehicle in the process.
Gutshall will be charged with Theft, Receiving Stolen Property, Simple Assault and Harassment in District Judge Barbara Easton’s courtroom.
An investigation is ongoing.
