Drug Task Force Agents Arrest Coudersport Woman for Cocaine Possession
COUDERSPORT – A Coudersport woman has been arrested on charges of cocaine possession with the intent to deliver, according to a statement released by Sweden Township Police Chief Bryan Phelps.
Phelps said the woman was arrested as part of an ongoing drug investigation by the East Drug Task Force (Attorney Generals Office) and other area law enforcement.
Court records indicate that 24-year-old Jodi L. Stull, of Coudersport, was charged with Conspiracy to Manufacture, Delivery, or Possession with Intent to Manufactur or Deliver(F) and 2 counts of Manufacture, Delivery, or Possession with Intent to Manufacture or Deliver(F).
Stull was arraigned in front of District Judge Annette Easton and released on $50,000 unsecured bail.
A Preliminary Hearing has been scheduled for May 5 at 10:00 AM in the same courtroom.
