Marcus Jaan Tampuu, 53, of Port Allegany, has been charged with DUI/unsafe driving, in violation of 75 Pa.C.S. § 3802(a)(1), as well as unlawful activities related to operating or permitting the operation of a vehicle with unsafe equipment, in violation of 75 Pa.C.S. § 4107(b)(2).
Additional charges include driving while operating privileges are suspended or revoked, in violation of 75 Pa.C.S. § 1543(b)(1)(ii), and restrictions on alcoholic beverages, in violation of 75 Pa.C.S. § 3809(a).
The incident occurred in Annin Township, McKean County, and Tampuu was arrested by Lewis Run PSP.
