Galeton Man Charged After Altercation at Soldiers & Sailors Hospital
WELLSBORO – According to police, Paul E. Runyan, 25, of Galeton, was charged by Wellsboro police with Disorderly Conduct, Public Drunkeness and Criminal Mischief after he allegedly engaged in verbally abusive behavior and shouted obscenities.
Runyan is currently incarcerated at the Tioga County Jail in lieu of $5,000 bail.
