According to the Pennsylvania State Police, Ronald Clarence PULCHER II, 43, of Galeton, was involved in two retail thefts and a theft at 439 Pushersiding Rd. in Ulysses Township between May 25 and May 28, 2026.

PULCHER II was charged with three counts of Retail Theft, a felony of the third degree, under 18 Pa.C.S. § 3929(a)(1). He was also charged with one count of Theft by Unlawful Taking, a misdemeanor of the first degree, under 18 Pa.C.S. § 3921(a)(1), and one count of Theft by Unlawful Taking, a misdemeanor of the third degree, under the same statute.
