Man Found Dead in Eldred
ELDRED – A search yesterday morning in Eldred Township resulted in the discovery of a missing Olean man’s body.
Forty-eight-year-old Jeffrey Allan Wandover, of Olean, NY, was found below an area where leeks grow in a riverbed, a few miles from Moody Hollow.
Wandover reportedly told family he was going to pick leeks there.
Police believe Wandover took his own life, but an investigation is still open.
