COUDERSPORT, Pa. — A single motor vehicle crash occurred on May 28, 2026, at approximately 12:12 hours, in Pike Township, Potter County. According to the Pennsylvania State Police report, the crash involved a 2004 General Motors Corp Envoy, driven by Bradley A. Quick, 22, of Coudersport, Pa.

The vehicle was found off the northern side of Yahn Road, with its 12 o’clock position resting against a tree, and sustained disabling damage from striking the tree. Quick was not injured and was wearing his seat belt. The front airbags deployed, and the vehicle was towed from the scene by Gaines Garage. The Galeton Fire Department assisted on the scene.

Quick was charged with driving at a safe speed, in violation of 75 Pa.C.S. § 3361. The crash is under investigation by the Pennsylvania State Police, and the information provided is considered preliminary and subject to change as additional investigative details emerge.
