Port Allegany Man Sentenced on DUI, Possession Charges
1 min readCOUDERSPORT – Jacob M. Borowsky, 21, of Port Allegany, was sentenced on April 25 to spend 3 days to 6 months in jail on one count of DUI: Controlled Substance(M).
Borowsky was also sentenced to a total of 12 months probation on one count of Possession of Marijuana for Personal Use(M), and one count of Use/Possession of Drug Paraphernalia(M).
In addition, he was ordered by Judge Stephen Minor to pay a total of $1,350 in fines, other miscellaneous expenses, as well as monthly supervision and administration fees in the amount of $45.
He was also ordered to perform 20 hours of community service, subject to comprehensive drug and alcohol evaluations, attend NA and/or AA meetings as directed, and take part in a victim impact panel presentation.
Borowsky’s license was also suspended for a total of 12 months.
