Woman Gets Probation for Drug, Theft Charges

COUDERSPORT – Ashley Lynn Davis, 29, of Ulysses, was sentenced to a total term of 24 months probation on one count of Manufacture, Deliver or Possess with Intent to Manufacture or Deliver(F); one count of Possession of a Controlled Substance(M); and one count of Theft by Unlawful Taking – Movable Property(M2).

Davis was also fined a total of $650 and ordered to perform 20 hours of community service.

Judge Stephen Minor also ordered Davis to attend AA and/or NA meetings as directed, attend a Victim Impact Panel Presentation, and comply with treatment recommended by a previous psychological report.
