COUDERSPORT, Pa. — Zaeden James Setzer, a 20-year-old male from Roulette, Pa., is facing multiple charges in Potter County after an incident on October 18, 2025. According to court records, Setzer has been charged with Driving Under the Influence of Alcohol/Controlled Substance (75 § 3802 §§ D1iii* M), Driving Under the Influence of Alcohol/Controlled Substance (75 § 3802 §§ E* M), DUI/Unsafe Driving (75 § 3802 §§ A1* M), Driving at Safe Speed (75 § 3361 S), Careless Driving – General Rule (75 § 3714 §§ A S), Reckless Driving (75 § 3736 §§ A S), Restrictions on Alcoholic Beverages (75 § 3809 §§ A S), Driving on Right Side of Roadway – General Rule (75 § 3301 §§ A S), and Restraint Systems – Other Vehicle (75 § 4581 §§ A2iiA S).
The incident occurred in Roulette Township, Potter County, and Setzer was arrested by Trooper Christopher R. Gray of the Coudersport PSP. The case, docket number MJ-55401-CR-0000058-2025, is currently active and awaiting a preliminary hearing scheduled for December 30, 2025, at 11:00 am before Magisterial District Judge Kari A. McCleaft.
