PORT ALLEGANY, Pa. — A Port Allegany man is facing multiple charges, including terroristic threats and simple assault, after an incident on May 15, 2026. Joshua J Rosenswie, 37, of Port Allegany, was arrested by the Port Allegany Police Department and is being held at the McKean County Prison, unable to post $100,000 bail.
