Unlawful Use of Air Rifle in Roulette
On 4-1-12 at 10:00 AM Trooper Savannah of the Coudersport PSP responded to 15 Maple Street in Roulette, PA after receiving reports that a male juvenile was discharging an air rifle at people walking along the road. It was also reported that the male juvenile was discharging the air rifle at a nearby residence. The juvenile will be charged with the unlawful use of air rifles in District Court 55-4-01. The victim is a known female juvenile, 11 years of age. The accused is a known male juvenile, 13 years of age.
